Refund & Cancellation Policy

For IIP Party Events

1. Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our attendees and our event organizers.

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.
  • 50% Refund: A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the scheduled event date.
  • No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date, or for no-shows.
  • Event Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that IIP Party cancels an event, attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original method of payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration for an IIP Party event, please follow these guidelines:

  • Notification Method: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@iipparty.com. Please include your full name, event name, event date, and order confirmation number in your email.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been received and processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us by phone.
  • Transferring Tickets: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee's details.
  • Force Majeure: IIP Party is not responsible for refunds or damages in the event of cancellation or postponement of an event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, acts of terrorism).
